Office complexes of all classes

Market of commercial real – estate is one of the perspectives in Ukraine.

A lot of factors influence on successfulness of business – centers such as location, parking place, the complexity of facade, finishing works, the quality of communications and engineering nets, etc.

For example, “AEROBUD” specialists performed reconstruction with expansion of premises of one of the most fashion office – centers in Kyiv - business – centers “Leonardo” (1st Stage) with total area 26 872,2 m2. During building the works of construction of reinforcement, flashing, monolithic, roofing and finishing (painting, plastering, and face-work) were held. Also engineering nets and communications were laid (water-pipe, sewerage system, ventilation).

As a result a seven – storages business – center of “A” class was put in commission with trade and office premises, conference – hall, meeting rooms and fitness – center in it.

Business – center of “B+” class “Illinskiy” is not less prestigious, it was known as business – center “Lastochka”. “AEROBUD” JSC was also General contractor.

The total area is 33 151,3 m2.

Business – centre “Illinskiy” is a whole block of paving courtyards, cafes and shops. Pedestrian area under the building is a major advance in town-planning!

Also “AEROBUD” company built administrative building at 8/26 Shevchenko Avenue.  The peculiarity of this building is that on the corner of Shevchenko Avenue and Pushkinska Street. stairwell of 24х18 meters leans on one column.

The construction of business – centre of class “B+” «Horizon Office Towers» took place at 42 – 44g Shelkovichnaya Street.

“AEROBUD” performed General contractor services at the construction of such objects:

- Office – centre “UkrSibBank” (the total area is 6 064,7 m2 at 2/12 Andreevskaya Street, Kyiv). The task of passing aggressive underground streams was solved. The building corresponds to banks’ norms and matches the Podol’s sight;

- State Tax Administration and Taxation police station (the total area is 12 158,5 m2, at 33-19 Sholudenka Str. Kyiv);

- Office building (at 4g Rilskiy side street, Kyiv);

- Building of Ukrainian Football Federation, in Saksaganskogo Street.
