Warehouse and logistic complexes

Nowadays there is a deficit of professional logistic complexes in the market, wish able to safisfy the growing demand of international and Ukrainian companies.

Warehouse and logistic complexes construction will expand at a fast rate in the future.

By keeping this tendency in the August 2008 “Aerobud” JSC as a general contractor set in operation the logistic project of class “A” - MLP-Chaika in the Kyiv-Sviatoshynsky district of Kyiv region.

Currently this is the biggest logistic centre in Ukraine with 100 000 sq m of storage area. The complex conforms to the highest international standards.

Also the complex has such characteristic properties:

- complex occupies the area of 20Ha and includes 100,000 sq m of storage area, 4,500 sq m of offices, 6930 sq m of mezzanines (total area of complex and area of storage are in ratio 1/2);

- Close location to international transport routs;

- Convenient approach to logistic park;

- Loading bay per 1 000 sq. m;

- 12 x 24 column grid;

- Heat control system (+14° C inside the warehouse with outside -24° C);

- Centralized security system, video surveillance system, access monitoring;

- Concrete floor with anti - dust covering;

- Floor loading 6 t per sq. m;

- Working height is 12m;

- Mezzanine storage;

- Dock levelers;

- Sprinkler system in warehouse and offices.

Due to the fact that JSC “Aerobud” has gained unique experience company participates in a number of all-Ukrainian tenders for construction of the similar complexes.
