Residential complexes

          "AEROBUD" JSC is specialized in construction of residential buildings as well as construction of residential complexes in frame of which there is a large renovation of residential area. For example the construction of new residential complex named "Prestige Hall" at 37/1 Anri-Barbyusa St which is in Pechersk district of Kyiv city with AEROBUD as General contractor.

          This object is original as the construction of the continuous parking under the whole complex is planned, also the combination of residential and office areas is unique with union of inner pedestrian space and public sphere. That means that along with apartment one can buy public surrounding. In fact it is a separate micro district.   

          Also currently the construction of residential complex "Parkoviy" at Moskovkiy Avenue in Kharkov city is taking place. It is planned to build 4 micro districts with total space 500 000m2 and the larges retail complex in Ukraine the area of which is 90 000m2. The height of the buildings is from 8 to 18 stores. When realize this project the range of public objects is to be built, such as schools, kindergartens, sport yards, medical care centers).
