The rules of participation

Tender procedure

1. The participant sends request for tender ( in form of letter of agree ), also it is necessary to indicate authorized person to present the participant when tender;
2. The participant gives completed package of documents;
3. After tender the participant receives analysis of his request.

The documentation needed for participation in tender

1. Tender request (with price, terms of delivery/ performing the work, condition of payment and guarantee of terms);
2. Certified copy of registration certificate;
3. Certified copies of permission for activity (licenses with annexes, permission for performing works of heightened risks, dealer certificate, other);
4. Initial documents – certificates, passports, directions for use, particularized certificates (fire, sanitary, other);
5. The list of work/ materials performed/ used when construct the similar objects with indicated scope for the last three years.
