August 2008. The Ground Breaking Ceremony of Kiev MLP- Chaika, the largest investment grade logistics project class “A”.

The Ground Breaking Ceremony of Kyiv MLP-Chaika , the largest investment grade logistics project class “A” on Ukraine, took place on October 11, 2006. MLP-Chaika is situated in the Kyiv-Sviatoshynsky district of Kyiv region.

Currently MLP-Chaika is the largest logistics park in Ukraine. The project includes 100,000 sq m of storage.

MLP-Chaika not only meets the highest international requirements, but also has characteristic properties such as:

- complex occupies the area of 20 ha and includes 100,000 sq m of storage area, 4,500 sq m of offices, 6930 sq m of mezzanines (total area of complex and area of storage are in ratio 1/2);

- close location to international transport routs;

- convenient approach to logistic park;

- loading bay per 1 000 sq. m;

- 12 x 24 column grid;

- heat control system (+ 14° C inside the warehouse with outside -24° C);

- centralized security system, video surveillance system, access monitoring;

- concrete floor with anti-dust covering;

- floor loading 6 t per sq. m;

- working height is 12 m;

- mezzanine storage;

- dock levelers;

- sprinkler system in warehouse and offices.

The ceremony was attended by Mr Yuriy Kovbasiuk, Vice-chairman of the regional state administration, Mr. Oleg Bokiy, JSC“Aerobud” President-Chairman of board, Mr. Boris Petrenko, JSC“Aerobud” General Director, Mr. Michel Pascalis, MLP Managing Partner and Director General, Mr. Vitally Kaschenko, MLP Director General in Ukraine.
