October 2011 г. The fire doors produced by Aerobud Company passed UkrSEPRO certification.

In May 2011 Aerobud Company pointed the doors of own production to the tests of the licensed laboratories. As a result of the tests of October, 14, 2011 conducted in these laboratories the certificate of accordance of UkrSEPRO UA1 was got.016.0147400-11 on a fire-resistance, durability, heat conductivity. Fire-prevention doors passed tests and certification in Ukraine on the limit of fire-resistance of EI 60.

The thickness of door leaf makes 65 мм. Rabbet ledge from the side of aggression - 16 мм. Perimeter of door leaf has four webbings. A door-frame is the whole-welded construction from the formed section and has 6 webbings on the whole perimeter. The size of opening of working leaf in width makes 800 мм. Doors of this category were well tested in a heat chamber on a fire-resistance at critical temperatures. Doors are used for prevention of distribution of fire and factors concomitant to him.

The frame of door leaf is made from the 2 metal sheets of 1, 5 mm thick, out bowed in special way and welded together. There is a special heat-insulation filling. A box from the formed section of the special construction is made from metal sheet of l 2 мм. Weight of the door blocks is160 kg. The door is supplied with three managed loops and has three points of locking.

Due to the newest technologies and modern equipment the metallic fire doors which are two – staged and continuous, supplied with the door closer of "PALLADIUM Sarento", with the class (by a limit) of fire-resistance of ЕІ60, with overall sizes: height from a 1 575 mm  to 2 475 mm, width from  630 mm to 990 мм.

The equipment of Aerobud PJSC is able to perform the individual order both of finishing or acquisition the additional elements of the worked out model and fully new door from a draft to setting.
