May 2009. «Olgrade» is a residential complex on the bank of the Dnipro River.

In May 2009 AEROBUD Company get to the construction of new object - residential complex “Olgrad”, in Vizhgorod town, Kyiv region.

Currently our specialists work at sanitary engineering works (water piping and rain canalization, heating system, steam system, pumping stations, ventilation etc.) and finishing works (plastering, puttying, painting, and tiling). 

The residential complex is a structure which consists of group of multilevel residential buildings, preschool establishment, center of children creative work and trade – office center on the underground and first floors, this complex is situated on the bank of the Dnipro River in the very center of Vizhgorod town.

Infrastructure: 

·         Complex consists of four buildings which have different number of floors and are of section type 10-16-22 floors for 1423 flats. Trade and office area is on underground and first floors.

·         Kinder garden for 80 pupils, center of children creative work, sport yards, playgrounds.

·          Underground parking, guest parking and parking for visitors.
