April 2009. The residential building № 1 of the Park Avenue complex is finished in monolith.

In December 2008 the Aerobud Company started the construction of the Park Avenue residential complex. In April 2009 monolithic and frame works of residential building №1 were done by our specialists. Currently the installation of ferroconcrete frame of the building № 2 and shopping mall is taking place. Also the brickwork of the inner and outside walls of the buildings № 1 and № 2 is being performed as well as warming of the balcony walls.

Park Avenue is a unique residential complex designed in accordance to the highest standards. It is “city in the city” with modern security system, communication and management system. According to the project there are such facilities as fitness center, big swimming pool, shopping mall and multilevel underground parking. In the Park Avenue one can enjoy ideal family atmosphere thanks to the large number of green, playgrounds and absence of any traffic.   

Complex is situated in the land plot of the space 3.69Ha between 60 Goloseevskiy Avenue and Demievskoy St. not far from the Goloseevskiy Park, in the center of one of the most dynamically developing district of Kyiv. It consists of four separate 22-24 storied buildings and 23-24 storied building with five sections and the number of flats is 1100.
